The best resort in Tatai

(based on customer reviews)

Rainbow lodge is a beautiful place to stay in the middle of the nature. Everyone is so friendly, you get delicious food and have very comfortable accommodation. You can just sit nicely outside, listening to the sounds of the Jungle, seeing small and bigger animals and relax. Phearom [sic] and Gee are fantastic Hosts, we learnt a Lot about the Nature and the surrounding. Swimming and kayaking in the river is fantastic, the tour to the mangroves highly recommended. Just come and See, we really fell in Love with the place.

Accommodation

We have seven individual bungalows all with ensuite bathroom. Sleeping arrangements can be made to fit your needs. Each bungalow has a private balcony, fan and electricity.

Full Board

We operate on a full-board basis. That is, your breakfast, lunch and three-course evening meal are included in the price. The only extras are drinks and activities, and if you are still hungry, we offer extra light bar snacks in the afternoon.

To do or not to do

We have a very relaxed vibe. If you want to simply chillout and do nothing in particular, that’s fine by us. Equally, there are some great places nearby to explore and, if you want to be active, we can manage that, too.

Nature

We are in an idyllic location on the main Tatai river, surrounded by nature, nestled in the Tatai Wildlife Sanctuary. The only riverside property that allows nature to flourish. We have a 5 Ha. plot, most of which has been left to nature.

How to find us

We are accessible only by boat from Tatai, which is about 20 km from Koh Kong. Tatai can be reached directly by bus from Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville; by shared taxi from Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Kampot and Battambang; and by private taxi from pretty much anywhere, including Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Kampot, Kep, Battambang and Siem Reap. You can come by bus from Battambang or Siem Reap but these journeys are via Phnom Penh, and require changing buses there.
